The piece right behind my Catalyst converter broke rap before I got to the cancer hospital to have my cancer treatment. I was so embarrassed. It was so loud. It broke because of the rust. I just bought this car like 3 months ago. Did not know it was rusted like that up in there. I was told that it had been protected.. By the guy, I bought it from, umm it's a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium Suv (fully loaded) The two guys at the valet at the cancer hospital really helped me and they help me find this one muffler place. So after I was done at the hospital. I took off on a 14 minute drive to Muffler. Place the longest 14 minutes ever on the way? I see another one that was 2 minutes. It was right there and I was tired of being stared at so I just whipped into his place in the owner happened to be there and he said we can fix it right now. I said, please yes. Not weldedbut actually fix it. The guy fixed it for me .. way way way LESS THAN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN , I was so touched they didn't know this BUT, It did bring tears to the eyes. DJ in the owner and the 2 guys working are some of the best men ever. I wanna thank you guys SO SO MUCH. Please give me a call about the other THE boDY work on the

basic service scheduled in advanced , they told me bring it first thing in the morning and they’ll be able to get it done . I bring it in at 8am for a simple oil change and inspection , 3pm arrives my cars been moved , less gas than it was before and they said couldn’t get to it . Very poor service each time I come here . This was the final straw

My new car, a VW from carvana broke down on me. Needed a lot of engine work. Valu got it done very expediently and worked with the warranty company for me to get it all done. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first experience working with DJ but my family has been going here for a long time. I brought my Kia Soul and I'm certain it singlehandedly boosted payroll hours and will be an outlier for Year Over Year profits a year from now. Y'all I can assure you that the folks working here are incredibly bright, with a passion for knowledge of how vehicles work (or don't work). My car, which I described as a hot dumpster fire in July, left that shop with such a glow up that I'm still getting used to having power steering. Under $500 for brakes is an INSANELY GOOD deal. 10 years ago my old Honda needed even less done on the brakes and it floated around the same price. I enjoy driving my car again and didn't feel judged at all for the state of it. Also the mechanic is really cool. Tattooed human with the snake bites if you see this, wanna be friends?

My mechanic! DJ is the best! I dread taking my car in, because its always....this, that and the other thing. Not here. At Valu, its "this is what's wrong, heres the fix". Nothing more, nothing less. I walk in there, and im greeted by friendly people. The service is fast, and they take care of their customers. My seat is put back to where it was, its kept clean, and I always feel comfortable leaving my investment with them
